 So Good They Bottled It

    I read the Article "So Good, They Bottled It". This was about a company that made drinks that were meant to taste like thanksgiving foods. I thought that this was so gross since I don't think food should be packed into a bottled and be made into a liquid. But it surprised me since in the article apparently people actually bought this. I didn't think people would buy it since just the idea of it sounds gross but I think drinking it would be even worse. But I think that since so many people were buying it for a lot of money I would want to try it. The article talked about the company's other drinks that were less bizarre but not that normal. These are the types of drinks that I would want to try since they sound more reasonable and I think would actually taste like the food it's meant to be. Overall, reading this article gave me a new perspective on things that I wouldn't normally think of.

The Wrapper

    The name of my invention is "The Wrapper." My product is a machine that wraps presents for you so you don't have to do it yourself. On the side, there will be a panel where you will choose which shape your present most represents. Then after you will insert that wrapping paper you want to use for it.  After you complete that you place the present on the panel it will start wrapping it for you. This product will be fairly big in the shape of a large rectangle. During the times where we need to wrap presents like around birthdays or holidays, you might be very busy. A lot of parents are too busy decorating the house to make it look festive or cooking that they are wrapping your gifts in the middle of the night the day before Christmas. But my invention will save so much time that your parents could get a good night's rest before a very fun and busy holiday. This is linked to Christmas because that is the time where you give and get presents the most. But this could also link to other holidays such as Valentine's day where you could give a present to your significant other.
